Violence Prevention
According to the National Institute for Criminal Justice Reform a study showed 70 percent of violent crime in the district comes from a median age of 27 wit most being known to the juvenile and adult correctional system. Identifying the cause which often are relatively the same factor and creating meaningful solutions our organizations goal is to assist in lowering those numbers as well as the high percentage of non violent crimes such as car theft amongst dc youth. Who are more likely according to statistics to graduate to more violent crimes later in life.
